MISPRINTED // DEFECTIVE // DAMAGED ITEMS

 

All FNF apparel that arrives with a defect will be replaced, no questions asked.  Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving the item at info@faithnotfear.co. 

 

RETURNS // EXCHANGES

 

Returns/exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

 

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item
  • The merchandise is either defective or an exchange for a different size/item is desired, we do not accept returns based on buyers remorse.
  • Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition

 

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

RETURN // EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Start your return by emailing us at info@faithnotfear.co with the reason for your return.  Once confirmed that your return will be accepted,  print out your emailed invoice and mail it with the product you would like to return to:

Once Faith Not Fear receives your exchange, you will then receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanges item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

 

You are responsible for the risk and cost of returning items.  We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

 

Faith Not Fear will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Faith Not Fear. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In a case of a missing package on international orders we will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
